Brother David Dowdy & Sister Amanda Dowdy. They have been married for 10 & 1/2 years and have seven children together, living with them are the two youngest Seth and Trent. They previously attended a church in Arkansas. Bro. David has been ministering for the past 5 years & has experience in the evangilistic field. Sister Amanda has just recently stepped into her call to minister for the Lord. She received her confirmation this year. She is active with the ladies activities. They were both ordained through FPC on March 27, 2008.
Brother Richard Kent is one of our founding fore-fathers here at FPC. He has been serving the Lord since 1973. After he felt the call to the preach he did not immediately minister. He received confirmation and then accepted his call to minster May of 2005. He preached his first message that same month. He is also our Sunday morning worship leader. He has founded a Nursing Home Ministry, a Jail Ministry & a Home Bible Study Ministry He takes up the offering each service and handles it's distribution. He was ordained by FPC on March 27, 2008.
Brother Tim & Sister Kathy Hardee have 3 vibrant children. They became full-time members in November of 2007. Both have felt the call to minister and have stepped out into it their ministries. They organize auction fund-raisers for the church. They were both ordained by FPC on March 27, 2008 and both preached their first message on April 10th, 2008. First Lady Sister Amy Howell is on fire and dedicated to Jesus and our church. She recently stepped into her calling as a minister and preached her very first message on March 15, 2008. Brother Garry King (pictured here with Sister King) has been ministering and pastoring since he was 21. They have 4 children and 7 grandchildren. He now teaches our Adult Sunday School Class and does an excellent job. God led them to us and we are happy to welcome them to our FPC family!
